An advocate with seasoned experience in litigation and advisory work, and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. For many years, conducted training for advocate trainees in the fields of family law and civil procedure.
Her practice focuses on matters relating to property relations, inheritance and succession, with particular emphasis on issues concerning defects in legal acts and wills.
Has significant experience in handling complex family, marital and property disputes, and advises private wealth clients in family conflicts. Develops and implements litigation strategies across the full spectrum of family law matters, including divorce and custody proceedings, with due consideration given to mediation and negotiation as alternative methods of dispute resolution.
Considers the foundation of her professional success and the distinctive character of her practice to lie in building client relationships based on four core principles: professionalism, trust, commitment and ethical conduct.
